When so many different personalities work very close and very much together there will be conflicts. 3 years after we started the company the conflict had reached a level where there were impossible to continue. The conflict would damage the progress of the company. When you work as close as we have done you become personal friends and this makes the situation even worse. The good thing is that everyone agrees about the solution and the company buys back the shares from one of the founders. Looking back, I think it was a good solution for everyone.
